Booking Services Policy
Please review our booking and cancellation policy carefully:

  1. Cancellation Policy

    • Individual and Group Sessions: You may cancel your individual or group session up to 24 hours in advance without incurring a fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will incur a $50 fee.

  2. Rescheduling

    • To reschedule a session, please contact us directly. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time, subject to availability. Note that rescheduling may be subject to the same cancellation terms as outlined above.

  3. No-Show Policy

    • If you do not show up for a scheduled session and have not contacted us to cancel or reschedule, the $50 fee will apply, and the session will be considered used.

  4. Late Arrivals

    • Please arrive on time for your session. If you arrive late, the session will end at the scheduled time, and the full session fee will apply. We cannot extend sessions for late arrivals.

  5. Contact Information

    • For cancellations, rescheduling, or any questions regarding your booking, please reach out to us at [contact information: email address, phone number, etc.].

  6. Changes to Policy

    • We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our website.


 
Package Policy
Please review our package policy below:

  1. Package Details: Our training packages are designed to offer flexible options for athletes, whether through private, semi-private, or small group sessions. Packages are available for various skill levels and positions.

  2. Scheduling: Sessions must be scheduled in advance based on availability. We encourage you to book early to secure your preferred times. All sessions in a package must be used within the month they are purchased. The only exception is in the case that a coach needs to cancel and reschedule a session to the following month.

  3. Cancellation Policy:

    • You may cancel your training package at any time; however, packages are non-refundable.

    • A refund may only be issued if the package is canceled prior to using the first session. Once a session in the package has been used, it cannot be refunded.

    • A $50 processing fee will be applied to all cancellations.

    • To initiate a cancellation, please contact us directly via email or phone.

  4. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a session, please notify us at least 12 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting the session.

  5. Liability Waiver: All participants must agree to our release of liability terms before participating in training sessions.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Our goal is to provide you with exceptional service, and we are here to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have.
