Our mission is to develop confident, high-IQ lacrosse athletes—on and off the field. Each training program is intentionally designed to meet players where they are, while strategically guiding them toward their individual and long-term goals.
Grounded in years of experience competing at the collegiate, professional, and international levels, our training emphasizes position-specific development, game-speed execution, and purposeful repetition. Whether through private sessions, small groups, or seasonal programs, every athlete receives tailored coaching that supports steady, measurable growth and long-term success in the sport.

ONE-ON-ONE
PRIVATE TRAINING
Recommended for players with specific goals or those who prefer a more individualized training environment. With highly personalized programs, we target each athlete’s unique developmental needs.
Availability is currently limited and slots are prioritized for current group clients.
PRIVATE GROUP TRAINING
Private group training offers athletes the opportunity to train in a consistent, collaborative environment with a focus on long-term development. Players may either join a pre-existing group or organize one with teammates or peers.
Sessions are held weekly during the season and are designed to follow a progressive training structure that supports individual and group growth over time. A seasonal commitment is required to ensure athletes receive the full benefit of structured programming and skill advancement.
Please note: If no suitable group is available based on age, skill level, or schedule, players are expected to coordinate their own group to participate in this format.

Focus is in a more intimate setting with a balance between group energy and individualized coaching. Programs are tailored to the specific needs of each athlete within the group.
Focus is on broad-based skill development with adjustments to meet individual player needs within the group environment. Great for players looking for high-rep, concept-driven sessions.
OPEN GROUP TRAINING

These drop-in, position-specific sessions (Attack, Midfield, Defense, Goalie) are designed to reinforce fundamentals and game concepts through high-quality drills and instruction.
Open to players 5th grade and up, sessions are not personalized, and skill level and age will vary. They’re a great option for athletes looking to get extra reps, build positional IQ, and compete in a structured, energetic environment—without a seasonal commitment.

This is a great way to elevate your entire roster with focused, efficient sessions.
VIRTUAL TRAINING
Our Virtual Training program delivers high-level, personalized player development—accessible from anywhere. Designed for athletes who are committed to growth regardless of location, this remote offering mirrors the structure and quality of in-person training.
Each player receives a customized monthly training plan tailored to their specific goals and needs. The program also includes detailed feedback on submitted drills, along with regularly scheduled virtual consultations to ensure accountability, progression, and ongoing support.
