TRAINING & LIABILITY
1. Training Service Policy
At Taylor Moreno Lacrosse, we are committed to delivering high-level, consistent training experiences that drive athlete development. In order to maintain quality, structure, and accountability for both coaches and athletes, the following policies apply to all private, private group, and open group training sessions.
2. Seasonal Commitment Requirement
All Private and Private Group Training (1-on-1 and 2–4 player groups) require a weekly seasonal commitment. This ensures:
-
Consistent scheduling for athletes and facilities
-
A progressive training structure built around individual or group development
-
A premium training experience for committed athletes
A season is defined as a 3-month training block. Athletes or groups must commit to training 1–2x per week (depending on package) for the full season.
3. Training Package Options
Pricing is based on the type of session and frequency of training. Once a schedule is finalized, sessions are locked in for the season.

4. Payment & Attendance Policy
All 4-pack and 8-pack training plans are billed monthly and are non-refundable once processed. These sessions are priced as packages and are not prorated based on attendance.
If you miss a scheduled session without prior communication, that session will be counted toward your pack. Exceptions may be made in the case of extenuating circumstances that are communicated ahead of time.
This policy is in place to:
-
Ensure training progression is not interrupted
-
Respect the time and preparation of coaches
-
Protect the group dynamic and experience
5. Session Expectations
Athletes are expected to:
-
Arrive on time with proper equipment
-
Be mentally and physically ready to train
-
Commit to the process and show up consistently
We take pride in preparing sessions with intention—whether for individuals or groups—and ask athletes to do the same.
6. Injury Waiver & Liability Release
By participating in any training session with Taylor Moreno Lacrosse, the athlete (or their parent/guardian, if under 18) acknowledges and agrees to the following:
-
Assumption of Risk: I understand that participation in athletic training involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, or other physical harm. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

-
Fitness to Participate: I affirm that the athlete is physically fit and capable of full participation in the training program and has no medical condition that would prevent safe involvement.
