Baseline Performance & Fundamentals
This session is focused on establishing your foundation, both athletically and on the field. The clinic starts with OAP Baseline Testing, which will provide essential high-level feedback. This portion will test a 40 yard dash, shuttle run, broad jump and force plate jumps.
Field Player Focus: Master core skills with a focus on Stickwork and Fundamental Shooting.
Goalkeeper Focus: Enhancing your stability with Footwork, Agility & Balance drills, alongside essential Stickwork & Clearing.
