Dodging, Feeding, Hand-Eye Coordination & High Saves
Sharpen your offensive moves and reaction time. The OAP portion will focus on a warm-up and mechanics for Dodging Footwork.
Field Player Focus: Develop the offensive package with dynamic Dodging & Cutting drills and precision Feeding.
Goalkeeper Focus: Improve your visual skills with dedicated Hand-Eye training with technical focus on High Saves.
