CLINIC #3
October 25: Power Shooting, Goalie Positioning & Mid Saves
Learn how to create separation and shoot for power. OAP will lead a warm-up focusing on Core/Upper Body Mobility.
Field Player Focus: Practice advanced shooting techniques, including Shooting on the Move/Power Shooting and dominating the 8 Meters.
Goalkeeper Focus: Master your space with a focus on proper Cage Positioning and stopping those crucial Mid Saves.
